Terms of Use

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS

All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format, excluding products labeled otherwise*. Print2fly is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes or converting from CMYK to RGB.

All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in a minimum of 150 DPI and CMYK color mode (unless otherwise stated). Print2fly is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to customer-provided artwork.

 

NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS

Print2fly is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:

  • User is responsible for reviewing their files and correcting any issues prior to placing the order.
  • Spelling, punctuation, and grammatical errors
  • Low resolution or low-quality graphics and images
  • Damaged fonts
  • Transparency issues
  • Overprint issues
  • Artwork files that are not created following our specifications and/or templates
  • Variances in color from the conversion of Pantone or RGB colors to CMYK
  • Errors in user-selected options such as size, quantity, materials, and finish
  • Duplicate orders submitted by the User
  • Incorrect files uploaded
  • Incorrect file orientation
  • Cutting variances
  • Incorrect or undeliverable shipping address
  • Damage to products after delivery to User

 

TURNAROUND TIME (for most orders)

  • Standard: 2 working days (1st day order submit is not counted, depends on type of product. Refer to turnaround time in product details)
  • Rush: Next working day (1st day order submit is not counted, depends on type of product. Refer to turnaround time in product details)
  • For orders needing Email Approvals, Production Time is 2 Business Days after receipt of Artwork Approval and Pick Up after 2:00 pm.

 

COLOR PROOFING, MATCHING & PRINTING

Print2fly is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by Customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement, but not color or density.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Since each order is unique to the Customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.

The Customer must notify Print2fly within 6 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. To receive a replacement, the Customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was placed.

All charges related to expedited printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason. All orders that are being returned must be shipped at the Customer’s own expense.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Jobs cannot be stopped and/or cancelled once you click the check box for "Yes... I approved this Artwork!" There will be no refunds of any kind after a job has been approved.

ORDER SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Print2fly is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by the customer. We will always make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Print2fly be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

All Print2fly customers agree not to hold Print2fly liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond Print2fly’s direct control. Print2fly shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.

Print2fly will always make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction, and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulties, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulties will not be the grounds for order cancellation.

We only use UPS as our current shipping service. We do not and will not use another requested carrier for our shipments.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization.
